Based Surfer is a racist who targets Black African Americans alongside his mentally ill (and rumored HIV positive) partner / associate known as Gymnik aka KittyWhisperer333. He appears to reside in Texas. Additional information will be posted in June. Based Surfer and his associates belong in prison permanently considering their incitement and promotion of hate crime against People Of Color.
