Q aka Q__tube aka hurriqane aka James Metallo is a mentally ill public figure, criminal, stalker, serial harasser and terrible nephew. He is closely associated with a criminal, drug dealer and drug addict known as Thomas James Oaks. Metallo is also closely affiliated with a professional con artist and criminal known as Kerissa Tabona.

Metallo has an established pattern of threatening to sexually assault (rape) his female targets. In addition he has been witnessed frequently making jest of the deceased relatives of his targets (though ironically if you mention his deceased parents to him, he breaks down and cries or flies into a fit of rage).
