The Outcast Owls are a men’s club that has elected to enter the online media production arena. The 2 primary public faces of The Outcast Owls are known as Skelly The God and 24 Eyes the Titan aka 24Eyes.
Though the Outcast Owls appears to be rooted within the Juggalo community, they have as of recent entered the lolcow communities and as of current focus on lolcow within the IP2 affiliated IRL community and the Juggalo community.
The primary host of the weekly Outcast Owls live streams, Skelly, appears to live his life in a very transparent and wholesome manner. He takes seriously his offline roles as a husband and father.
Quite a bit of negativity appears to revolve around Skelly’s co-host 24eyes (specifically revolving around his interactions with women), and as of current the IRL streamers known as Tricialicious, Controlla and Alexandra Mayers appear to have similar statements to say in regards to his character.
