Why the name “Julianna” is banned from streamer chats

Within the timeframe of September 11, 2024 and September 14, 2024 in effort to stay relevant and attract attention, public figure Jennifer Katz aka Bobbie Dylan appears to have started using her own daughter (who she allegedly conceived with live streamer Skimask Andy aka David DeCou) as a tool in her scams…

IF YOU ARE A LIVE STREAMER, BAN THE NAMES JULIANNA, JULIANA, JULIA, JULIE-ANNA and all derivatives of that name from your chat immediately.

Apparently public figure Jennifer Katz aka Bobbi Dylan is creating alts, using those alts to enter streamer’s chats to spam the aforementioned name IN CONJUNCTION with statements including racial slurs and inappropriate elements pertaining to children. Then she enters the same chat using her regular account “JustJenn” and complains and cries saying that said streamer’s chat is filled with pedophiles. THEN she demands moderator status from the channel owner/streamer (supposedly to block all the pedos).

A couple instances have been clipped of Katz doing this in different streamer’s chats and live panels.

If Katz hadn’t been spreading lies about other’s relationship statuses, people probably wouldn’t have noticed her doing this.

The alt names redacted in both red and blue (in the screen shots below) are either Katz aka Bobbi Dylan or her associates Jersey and Stik.

Everywhere on YouTube Katz’s alias “JustJenn” appears, the redacted alts appear as well (and those same alts consistently post the exact same verbiage in streamer’s chats where Katz demands moderator status). The alts are likely automated bots programmed to post the same statements at random intervals.

Katz will likely use her minor aged daughter’s presence any chance she gets to attain attention, sympathy, money, etc. - she also will claim her targets are “after her kid” in effort to further retain relevancy. Again, it’s strongly suggested at this stage that both IRL and desktop streamers alike block the names Julianna, Juliana, Julia, Julie-Anna and all derivatives from their chat (especially if they are fans of, or even critically cover, ​⁠@skimaskandy‬ ).

Any chance Katz, Jersey or Stik has to maliciously and falsely label someone (especially a person of color) a pedophile - they will.
