SpektahDez is the alias of an individual who frequents IP2 desktop streamer podcasts perpetuating false rumors about Black (African American) women having HIV or AIDS. SpektahDez has been observed lying about perpetuating the false rumors when confronted by the target(s) they have slandered. As of current 2 women who SpektahDez has targeted are seeking the identity of SpektahDez due to the damage SpektahDez has caused to their reputations.
